Mistakes In Guest Blog Post, Online Business Blog

Online Business Blog

This article will be a brief look over mistakes bloggers tend to commit while doing guest blogging. Guest blogging is another important dimension of SEO and very much in now a days and people are doing it frequently to improve their search engine rank and get as much organic traffic as they can. It has been deemed as impervious way of building back links with less implications. There are many websites around that offer free and paid service to write for them, however it gets strenuous sometimes because Blogging is quite a big industry and everybody if not more at least running 4-6 blogs or websites in one go, and to make them popular everybody does guest blogging every now and then.

In order to sell your product you got to have quality assurance that helps binding customers and readers to your website and make them stay loyal to you. For that successful bloggers are crafting new ways to market them as Google is becoming strict and strict with every passing day to ensure interest of its advertiser.

Let's find out what are those frailties that come under guest blogging..

Not Following Guidelines

Spending some time in research about the website guidelines, you want to guest post on is important, most bloggers don't do it. Not communicating well enough with website owners about launching their proposal and asking them how to make it possible. Not looking up other articles that have been posted before them and figuring out what made them approved by website admins.

Not Drafting A Synoptic Article

While sitting back making their notes and putting great thoughts in them so that blog post appear as a continuous stream of information is actually a correct way of going about it.

BUT..

Mostly bloggers find the idea of modifying and re shifting their previously written material into new one and submitting it for guest post as convenient. It's not exactly copy pasting but still not recommended by successful bloggers. In order to mark your impression on readers you need to invest your time in writing a new post, because trends are keep on changing and if you rewrite your previously written post over which doesn't fit in current times is ruining your own work.

What Is Your Writing Approach

In my every previous article I more or less have mentioned how crucial this element is..

You get your research done..

Now what?

How are you gonna put it in words (as they speak a lot)?

What will be the word count?

How long will your paragraph be?

What kind of images are you using?

Where you will embed any video or tweet ( if required )?

Is you writing style boring or lively and amusing which your reader find interesting to read?

Are you all over the place or have you compiled information in careful manner?

Providing Irrelevant stuff

You need to stick in mind to only focus on that discussion you want to make with your reader.

It matters..

If you start padding irrelevant information that either directly or indirectly don't go with your chosen topic, it's useless to talk about and reader can easily get distracted.

Relationship of website owner and its reader has to be established in a way that reader acknowledge his credibility so please refrain yourself from giving untrustworthy details.

Trying To Be Cocky

Going for an extra mile just to prove your content writing is never considered right among successful entrepreneurs.

Have you ever noticed why every marketer insists on this term "User Friendly"?

Why it's important too?

Making your product wrapped in curvy way that makes it hard for general public to decipher is a bad strategy.

For example if you are writing for average reader you don't need to use difficult and technical terminologies, every body is not a Harvard graduate out there.

Stay off shore, you are not writing for an international newspaper.
Explain every bit of your article in lay men's language.

Arguing With Website Owner

So when you submit your article, and it's undergoing admin's approval.
Stay patient?

It takes quite a long to get approved, because everybody is submitting it and you are not the only one out there, plus that person who is running website has his  own work scheduled.

After it gets done and you review it, don't get shocked seeing if admin has edited some of your information.

Don't start sending him emails after emails that why he had done so.

Don't write Pedestrian Stuff

Writing some thing that is outright disgusting and derogatory for someone else can damage your reputation as a blogger.

Writing something that reflects racism, bigotry, sexism is fatal enough as to dig your own hole.

Avoid using slang and chuss words in your paragraphs, it is not a forte of good a writer.

If you are using any metaphor to explain something, it should be a good one.

Conclusion

I am just recommending this that solely your goal is to build a reputation in market and tell public and website admin that you can be trusted. So if you implement on providing quality stuff their is no way you find rejection. This can not only boost your SERP ranking and can also draw organic traffic to your website.
